RUBY'S STORY

The night I sat crying

in my own driveway.

There was a night , many years ago, where I sat in my car for twenty minutes. The lights in my house were on. My family was inside. And I couldn't make myself go in.

Not because anything dramatic had happened. Just because I had been holding everything together — for everyone, in every room — for so long that I had completely run out of road.

I understood stress. I had tools. And underneath all of that knowledge, I was exhausted in a way the knowledge didn't touch.

That night was the beginning of the Serenity Circuit. Not because I had a breakthrough — but because I finally stopped pretending I was fine. I started asking different questions. Not "how do I manage this better?" — but "what is actually going on here?"

Question 1: Is this right for me if I'm already in therapy?

A: Absolutely — the Serenity Circuit complements therapy beautifully. Many participants do both simultaneously and find each enhances the other. The programme works at the body and nervous system level, adding a dimension that talking alone often cannot reach. If you are currently working with a therapist or psychiatrist, I encourage you to continue that work alongside this programme.

Question 2: How much time does it take each week?

A: The daily morning audio is 10 minutes. The evening meditation is 10–15 minutes. The weekly platform content takes around 30–45 minutes. Group coaching sessions are 60–90 minutes. Realistically: about an hour a day if you do everything. Some weeks will be easier than others. The content is always available — if life gets in the way some days, you simply pick up where you left off.

Question 3: What if I fall behind?

A: All content is available on the platform at your own pace. Group coaching sessions are recorded and posted within 24 hours. Falling behind happens — it is not a reason to abandon the course. The structure is there to support you, not to judge you. The only failure is stopping entirely.

Question 5: What makes this different from other programmes I've tried?

A: Most programmes work at the level of behaviour — trying to do things differently. The Serenity Circuit works at the level of the pattern — understanding and gradually resolving what is driving the behaviour. It combines the cognitive framework of the 5 A's with nervous system regulation through breath work and body practice. The sequence matters. And the daily practice — morning and evening, for eight weeks — is what creates lasting change rather than temporary relief.

Question 6: I've been stressed for years. Can this actually help?

A: Chronic stress that has been present for years is almost always the result of a pattern — a learned response — rather than just circumstance. And patterns, unlike circumstances, can change. The nervous system is adaptable. The Serenity Circuit is specifically designed for people who have been managing for a long time and are ready to do something genuinely different.

Question 7: What is your refund policy?

A: All bookings for The Serenity Circuit are final and non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future session (subject to availability) with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be transferred.
